Alexander T. Yarbrough is an associate in the Firm’s Corporate Group, resident in the Firm’s New York Office. Alexander focuses his practice in the areas of securities law, corporate finance, commercial contracts and mergers and acquisitions. He advises clients in connection with private placements of equity and debt securities and lending transactions. He provides general corporate representation to clients including the negotiation and drafting of employment agreements, consulting agreements, joint venture agreements, shareholder agreements, and operating agreements. Alexander also advises clients in connection with M&A transactions, including the negotiation and drafting of asset purchase agreements and stock purchase agreements.
He received his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2015. He was a member of Seton Hall University School of Law’s Moot Court Board and the Seton Hall Legislative Journal. He graduated in 2012 from Florida State University with a B.S. in Business Management and International Affairs. Prior to joining Riker Danzig, Alexander was an associate at Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference LLP in New York.
