Christine N. Restrepo is an associate in the Firm’s Corporate Group.   Christine is experienced in the drafting of commercial agreements and transaction documents, including service agreements, non-compete and confidentiality agreements, asset and stock purchase agreements, logistics agreements, operating agreements, and formation documents. She regularly counsels clients regarding entity formation and corporate governance matters.   

Christine received her law degree from Rutgers University School of Law in 2013, where she was the Alumni Relations Associate of the Rutgers Journal of Law and Religion.  She received the Charles H. Revson Law Student Public Interest Summer 2012 Fellowship and was a 2010-2011 Plumbum Nos In Posterus Scholarship recipient. She received the Dean’s Pro Bono Award for Significant Service upon graduation from Rutgers.  She received a B.A. in Sociology and Criminal Justice from the University of Delaware in 2010, where she was a merit scholar and a member of Omicron Delta Kappa Leadership Honor Society.   

Following law school, Christine served as the Law Clerk to the Honorable Richard M. Freid, Superior Court of New Jersey from 2013-2014.
