Jenny Chung is an associate with the Firm. She practices in the Products Liability Group as well as in White Collar Criminal Defense and Investigations. Jenny is experienced in complex litigation involving mass torts, with a particular emphasis on medical device litigation. She also regularly assists clients with compliance issues, government investigations, and criminal matters.
In 2017, she was elected a director of the Asian Pacific American Lawyers Association of New Jersey. Jenny received her law degree from Brooklyn Law School in 2014, where she served as the Notes and Comments Editor of the Brooklyn Law Review. She graduated from Boston University in 2008 with a B.A., Dean’s List, in English and Philosophy. Following law school, Jenny was a judicial clerk to the Honorable Michael A. Hammer, U.S. Magistrate Judge, District of New Jersey.
