Megan B. Treseder is an associate in the Firm’s Insurance Litigation Group. Her practice focuses on insurance coverage disputes in the areas of products liability, employment, construction defect and environmental law.
Ms. Treseder received a J.D. degree from Duke University School of Law, where she was the Managing Editor of the Duke Environmental Law and Policy Forum and Executive Editor of the Duke Forum for Law and Social Change. She received B.A. degrees, magna cum laude, in History and English, from the University of Utah. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York.
Prior to joining Riker Danzig, Ms. Treseder was an associate at Lowenstein Sandler, LLP in Roseland.
