Navigating the Site Remediation Program

Businesses, industry, developers and lenders, and their LSRPs, continue to face new challenges in remediation, redevelopment, financing and litigation concerning contaminated sites. As more experience is gained through implementation of the Site Remediation Reform Act and the LSRP Program, issues continue to evolve that require novel thinking and innovative solutions.

Please join the attorneys of Riker Danzig on February 2nd, 2017 for a complimentary morning seminar tackling some of these issues, including discussion of:

  • Updates on the NJDEP Site Remediation Program, NJDEP Assistant Commissioner  Mark Pedersen (invited)
  • Hot Topics in Site Remediation
  • Tools of the SRRA/LSRP Program
  • Regulatory Reopeners
  • Pollution Legal Liability Insurance
  • Recent Developments in Litigation over Contaminated Sites, including proving liability and avoiding the spoliation of evidence

The attorneys in our Environmental Practice Group, among the foremost practitioners on these topics, and our other knowledgeable panelists, will discuss these subjects and provide a question and answer session for our guests.
