Senior will moderate the 12:00 discussion at the Chemistry Council of New Jersey's "Communicating Risk in the New Era of Public Notification" Workshop on September 12th at the Trenton Marriott. The informal discussion, entitled "An Informed Discussion on the Potential Issues with Implementation," will include an industry representative, community member, legal counsel, elected official, consultant and NJDEP representative, and will allow attendees to get a better perspective of potential issues that might arise from this new requirement and how a company might be able to deal with them.
