Tax Counsel Jason Navarino will speak for the “Under 10” group of the New York State Bar Association’s Tax Section on “Tax Practice in the Middle Market: Smaller Deals, Same Tax Code.” The meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 23rd at the offices of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP. The presentation will focus on tax considerations arising in the context of transactions valued in the neighborhood of $10M - $250M, including transactions implicating subchapter K. Jason will also touch upon certain SALT and estate and gift tax considerations that commonly arise.
