Riker Danzig's Annual Site Remediation Seminar
Does Cleanup Liability Ever End?
Emerging contaminants, Natural Resource Damages and other timely issues
Earlier this year, the ten thousandth RAO was issued following adoption of the Site Remediation Reform Act in 2009, and the LSRP program was declared a “quiet success.” Business, industry, developers and lenders, as well as their LSRPs, however, continue to face challenges in remediating, redeveloping, financing and litigating over contaminated sites. Obtaining finality in cleanups and fully resolving site liability remains elusive.
Please join us on September 20, 2018, for a complimentary morning seminar tackling these and related issues. NJDEP Deputy Commissioner Debbie Mans will join the attorneys in our Environmental Practice Group, among the foremost practitioners in the field, to discuss the latest trends and developments in site remediation. Our agenda includes:
- Hot Topics in Site Remediation, including proposals for SRRA 2.0
- Emerging Contaminants
- Natural Resource Damages
- Case Closeout Strategies
