Estate Planning and Elder Law Counsel Alberthe Bernier will be speaking at the Metropolitan Black Bar Association’s upcoming CLE on February 24, 2021 from 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM.  The program, “Basics of Estate Planning & Remote Witnessing During the COVID Era,” will focus on the basics of simple estate planning, including drafting Wills, Health Care Proxy/Living Wills, and Powers of Attorney. Alberthe, along with other panelists, will also discuss practical steps and best practices for remote witnessing and notarization of estate documents during the COVID lockdown.
