Environmental Attorney Matt Karmel Speaks on Food Rescue Efforts in Light of COVID-19
Environmental Associate Matthew A. Karmel is participating in the PSEG Institute for Sustainability Studies' Sustainability Institute Series, which is part of Montclair State University’s Earth Month. The virtual program is being held on Earth Day, April 22nd, at 5:00 PM. Matt, a Trustee of Table to Table, will be joining Jennifer Nelson, Director of Operations for Table to Table, to discuss the impact of COVID-19 on food rescue efforts, as well as the challenges and opportunities for food rescue organizations in New Jersey in the near future.
