Environmental Partner Steve Senior was quoted in the cover story of the April 2018 issue of Commerce Magazine entitled “2018 Annual Environmental Business Roundtable: Projects, Trends and Governor Murphy’s Agenda.” Steve noted that although there are whispers from Trenton that Murphy may review the LSRP program, perhaps tightening the reins, “The LSRP initiative currently rests on three well-designed legs. The first is the Licensed Site Remediation Professional, the second is the affirmative duty to remediate a contaminated site, and the third is the timeframes for remediation.” Steve noted that remediation activity will accelerate as more people live and work in urban areas. “Brownfields are often the only undeveloped sites in urban locations,” he added.
