Riker Danzig Scherer Hyland & Perretti LLP is pleased to announce that Marc J. Yudkin has joined the firm's corporate group as an associate.
Marc J. Yudkin practices in Riker Danzig's Corporate Group, with an emphasis in mergers and acquisitions, stock and asset purchase agreements, regulatory issues, private equity, and counseling firms of all sizes on various corporate and business matters including matters relating to the company's operations, governance and financing. He is a member of the New York and New Jersey Bar Associations and has previously served as the chair of the Corporate Committee of the Essex County Bar Association.
Mr. Yudkin earned his J.D. from Emory University School of Law in 2002 and his B.A. from SUNY Binghamton in 1999. While pursuing his law degree, he was an Executive Board Member of the Emory University Bankruptcy Developments Journal. Prior to joining Riker Danzig, he was an associate with Budd Larner, P.C. of Short Hills. Mr. Yudkin is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York and Georgia.
