Two Riker Danzig attorneys will be speaking at the Morris County Bar Association seminar “Judgment Execution Practice and Procedures,” which will take place on October 5th at the Morris County Administration Building. The evening program will feature the Morris County Sherriff’s Office and will address judgment execution procedures from start to finish on both personal property and real estate. Litigation partner Jonathan Vuotto will speak on the panel, which will be moderated by litigation counsel Jonathan Sandler.
The event begins at 6:00. Attendees will receive 1.5 NJ CLE credit.
