Riker Danzig Counsel Laurie Sands was quoted in The New Jersey Law Journal discussing the impact of the New Jersey Supreme Court’s decision in Magic Petroleum v. Exxon Mobil on Spill Act contribution claims.  In the article Laurie agreed that “the responsible party has a separate right to seek compensation in the courts. The trial court can now allocate responsibility. Even if you don’t know the amount of damages, that’s OK.”
