Riker Danzig negotiated one of the biggest leases of the year in Manhattan’s midtown south for client social media giant BuzzFeed, named by Crain’s as one of the “area’s fastest-growing companies.”  The long-term lease secures 194,000 square feet on six floors of 225 Park Avenue South in space soon to be vacated by the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.
