Victoria Morrison, head of Riker Danzig's real estate group, was named a Woman of Achievement by the Girl Scouts of Rolling Hills Council. At the April 24, 2003 ceremony, Ms. Morrison credited Girl Scouting with encouraging the values and skills she needed to realize her full potential.

Ms. Morrison practices in commercial real estate, particularly in the acquisition, development, leasing and sale of commercial, retail, and industrial properties and representing lenders in all types of real estate financings. She also has extensive experience in the formation and structuring of real estate partnerships and joint ventures, the federal tax aspects of complex commercial real estate transactions, and all aspects of real estate workouts and foreclosures including bankruptcy.

For several years prior to joining the firm, she served as Assistant Professor of Law at Rutgers School of Law in Newark, where she taught several courses in real estate law and finance.

The Girls Scouts of Rolling Hills serves the unique interests and needs of girls age 5 through 17 by providing an informal education program in partnership with caring adult volunteers, which inspires girls with the highest ideals of character, conduct, leadership, patriotism and service to others in the community. Over 9,000 girls in Hunterdon and Somerset Counties and Middlesex Borough are members.
