Scott A. Ohnegian, chair of the Firm's Labor & Employment Group, was quoted in a New Jersey Business article on September 18, 2017 entitled “Handling Business Closings and Layoffs.” The article discusses the federal and state regulations applicable to the closing of a business in New Jersey.  Scott discusses the WARN Act's regulations and their effect on both large and small businesses, as well as other issues employees face when a business is sold.
