On April 4th, the Firm succeeded in securing governmental approvals for a new 116-room Cambria Hotel and Suites in Morristown, NJ. The hotel, which is owned by Sunstone Hotels, LLC, will be located on Market and Bank Streets, just one block from the Morristown Green. After six meetings and the negotiation of numerous minor variances and conditions, the Morristown Planning Board unanimously approved the application. This will be the first new hotel constructed in Morristown in over 30 years.
