Riker Danzig Scherer Hyland & Perretti LLP is pleased to welcome Abigail L. Pyle, who joins the labor and employment group as an associate.
Abigail Pyle, of Hoboken, has experience representing management including hospitals, boards of education and municipalities in employment-related litigation in both state and federal courts and before various state and federal agencies. She is also a licensed mediator in the State of New Jersey and a member of the Sidney Reitman Employment Law Inn of Court.
Ms. Pyle formerly served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Amy Piro Chambers, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, in Middlesex County. She earned her J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law and her B.A. from Smith College. While pursuing her law degree, she was an Associate Notes and Comments Editor for the Syracuse Law Review, a member of the Moot Court Honor Society, and the Business Editor for the Syracuse Science and Technology Law Reporter. Prior to joining Riker Danzig, Ms. Pyle was an attorney with Apruzzese, McDermott, Mastro & Murphy of Liberty Corner. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
