Riker Danzig is pleased to welcome Fall Associates Jessica K. Formichella, Adam Garrastegui and Jennifer Winkler. They join Fall Associate Anthony K. Lombardo who started with Riker Danzig on July 22, 2019.

Jessica K. Formichella joins the Firm’s Insurance and Reinsurance Group.  Jessica received her J.D. degree, cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2017, where she served as the Executive Editor of the Seton Hall Legislative Journal.  She graduated with a B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Seton Hall University in 2014. Following law school, Jessica served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Peter G. Sheridan, U.S.D.J., United States District Court for the District of New Jersey in Trenton.  Prior to that, she clerked for the Honorable Jose L. Fuentes, P.J.A.D., Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division. 

Adam Garrastegui joins the Firm’s Bankruptcy and Reorganization Group. Adam received his J.D./M.B.A. from Rutgers Law School, Rutgers Business School in 2018, with a Certificate in Corporate and Business Law.  He graduated with a B.S. degree in 2013 from Rutgers Business School. Prior to joining Riker Danzig, Adam was a Law Clerk to the Honorable John K. Sherwood, United States Bankruptcy Judge, District of New Jersey. 

Anthony K. Lombardo joined the Firm’s Litigation Group in July. Anthony received his J.D. degree from Fordham University School of Law in 2019, where he was the Notes & Articles Editor of the Fordham Environmental Law Review.  He graduated from the University of Scranton in 2015 with a B.S. in Political Science.  During law school, Anthony was a Pro Bono Scholar and a year-long member of Fordham’s Criminal Defense Clinic.  He served as a legal intern for the Hon. John K. Sherwood of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey and the Hon. Gerald Lebovits of the New York State Supreme Court.  Anthony was a Riker Danzig Summer Associate in 2018. 

Jennifer Winkler joins the Firm’s Products Liability, Toxic Tort and Mass Tort Group.  Jennifer received her law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2019, where she served as the Managing Editor of the Seton Hall Law Review.  She graduated with a B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from The College of New Jersey in 2016.  Jennifer started her career at Riker Danzig as a Summer Associate in 2018.
