Riker Danzig Scherer Hyland & Perretti LLP is pleased to announce that Juan D. Reyes, III has joined the firm as a Partner in its New York office.
Juan Reyes has over twelve years experience in commercial real estate law. He concentrates his practice in land use, development and permitting, with particular expertise in zoning, planning, landmark and building code matters, and governmental approvals. Mr. Reyes is former General Counsel to the New York City Board of Standards and Appeals. He earned his law degree from Quinnipiac College School of Law in 1995 and his undergraduate degree from Emory University in 1990. Prior to joining Riker Danzig, Mr. Reyes was a partner with Hartman & Craven of New York. He is admitted to practice in New York and Connecticut.
