Riker Danzig Welcomes Partner Richard J.L. Lomuscio
Riker Danzig is pleased to welcome Richard J.L. Lomuscio as a partner in the Firm’s New York office, joining the Commercial Litigation and Securities Litigation Practices. Rich is an experienced litigator, handling commercial and regulatory matters for a variety of clients, including complex securities class actions and disputes relating to complex financial instruments, mortgage securitizations, and corporate governance. Rich represents clients in civil and criminal matters before FINRA, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Department of Justice, and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. He has also represented insurance and banking companies in disputes with former employees.

Prior to joining Riker Danzig, Rich was Counsel with a large, national firm, and previously served as Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Goldman, Sachs & Co., and a Director at UBS Investment Bank.
