Ryan M. Magee, an attorney in Riker Danzig’s White Collar Criminal Defense and Investigations Group, will be moderating a panel discussion entitled, “Crime Victims’ Rights.”  The program, presented by the C. Willard Heckel Inn of Court, will take place on November 20, 2019 at Rutgers Law School in Newark, starting at 5:00 P.M.  The program will focus on crime victims’ rights at all stages of the criminal justice process including the privacy rights of victims, victims’ input and access to prosecutorial decision making, and some of the emotional, psychological, and financial aspects of victimization.

Ryan serves on the Executive Committee of the C. Willard Heckel Inn of Court.  The Inn brings together highly experienced and distinguished justices, judges, trial attorneys, members of the bar, and Rutgers Law School students to enhance their skills and focus on emerging and important issues facing the bar and bench, particularly issues pertaining to federal and state criminal practice.
