Riker Danzig partners Stuart Lederman and Jim Lott will speak at the National Business Institute’s seminar Attorney’s Guide to Local Government Law, held this year in Newark, NJ on December 6th.
In a presentation entitled “Eminent Domain Actions,” Stuart will discuss several topics including federal, state and local requirements, red flags, and the condemnation of wetlands, floodplains, floodways and waterways.
Jim Lott will focus his presentation primarily on public contracts and procurement processes. The topics Jim will cover include bidding requirements and how to prevent and resolve contract disputes.
