Dennis J. Krumholz, chair of Riker Danzig’s Environmental Group discussed the Appellate Division’s decision in NJDEP v. Exxon Mobil Corporation in the June 11th issue of the New Jersey Law Journal. Mr. Krumholz commented on the formula for calculating “loss of use” in Natural Resource Damages cases, noting that no matter what the formula, the cost are going to be large.
