Nicholas Racioppi, head of the Firm’s Real Estate Group, moderated a panel at the 10th annual RealShare New Jersey Conference, held Tuesday, September 13, 2011 at the Hyatt Regency New Brunswick. This year’s event discussed the ways in which the nation’s economic difficulties and changes in capital markets have affected investment in, and development of, commercial and residential real estate properties in New Jersey.
Mr. Racioppi participated in the conference’s 10:05 a.m. session, “Who’s Investing in New Jersey? The New Players, Active Buyers and What’s Up in the Capital Markets?” This session discussed major real estate dealmakers, recent deals, and the financial outlook for commercial real estate in New Jersey. Mr. Racioppi was joined by several prominent members of the New Jersey commercial real estate industry.
