"Environmental Law for Attorneys and LSRPs" seminar.
Environmental
Law for Attorneys and LSRPs will provide attorneys and LSRPs with the latest
information on the current environmental landscape and opportunities as they
relate to site remediation. New this year is a discussion of emerging
contaminants. The seminar will provide attorneys and LSRPs with better
understandings of their roles under federal remediation law and New Jersey's
legal framework, which is much broader than the Site Remediation Reform Act
(SRRA).
