A major office rehabilitation and two-story addition is proceeding in Morristown, the result of a joint venture between Riker Danzig clients Prism Capital Partners and the Hampshire Companies.
Construction on the project will begin this spring, adding two floors to the building at the corner of South and DeHart Streets one block off the Morristown Green, and renovating the existing lobby, three floors and exterior. The result will be approximately 50,000 square feet of Class A office space, rare in downtown Morristown. The renovated building will house Wells Fargo bank and new commercial tenants.
The project is scheduled to be completed by mid-2019.
