Riker Danzig litigator Stuart Lederman is moderating and speaking at "Ethical Cliffhangers for Civil Trial Attorneys" on Friday, November 11th at the Olde Mill Inn in Basking Ridge. This half-day program, presented by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education, will provide insight on how to handle ethical problems often confronted by civil litigators, and help develop awareness of how to spot and deal with some of the ethical issues that come up during the course of trials and hearing before tribunals.
The speakers will discuss the Rules of Professional Conduct as they relate to the courtroom, discovery, negotiations, difficult adversaries, attorney-client privilege, technology, co-defendant representation, and the use of armchair experts and expert reports.
