Yesterday, Assembly Bill No. 5605 was proposed, which revises the assessments on ambulatory care facilities, N.J.S.A. 26:2H-12. Starting in 2020, the bill removes the caps that are currently in place and removes the single room center exemption. If this is considered a budget item, it could be signed by the Governor this week. For the complete statute, click here.
