Riker Danzig attorneys authored an article in the New Jersey Law Journal’s December 28, 2015 edition entitled “Impact of Federal Estate and Gift Tax Issues on NJ Estate Tax.”  The article discusses the impact of making federal lifetime taxable gifts on the New Jersey estate tax as well as providing information on the New Jersey “QTIP” election.
