John M. Loalbo was quoted discussing the importance of having a will as well as setting up a trust for children in an article published in New Jersey Business Magazine’s January 2016 edition, titled “Wills & Estates: Control how your assets will be distributed.”
John M. Loalbo authored an article in the New Jersey Law Journal’s December 28, 2015 edition entitled “Impact of Federal Estate and Gift Tax Issues on NJ Estate Tax.” The article discusses the impact of making federal lifetime taxable gifts on the New Jersey estate tax as well as providing information on the New Jersey “QTIP” election.
Recent Speaking Engagements:
Jason D. Navarino and Stephen J. Pagano each presented at the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education seminar, "What Every Attorney Needs To Know About Tax Law" on December 16, 2015. Jason addressed income taxation of business entities and the taxation of business transactions. Stephen discussed federal and New Jersey estate, gift and inheritance tax issues.
Tracy Green Landauer co-presented the leadership awards at the “Driving Your Business: Women at the Wheel” event that took place on October 15, 2015 at Mayfair Farms in West Orange. The event featured four exceptional New Jersey women leaders, with diverse backgrounds, discussing the skills and philosophy that propelled them to the top of their respective industries.

On February 19, 2016, Jason D. Navarino will give a New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education presentation with co-presenter Len Netti of Wilken & Guttenplan at the New Jersey Law Center in New Brunswick discussing the legal and tax considerations in drafting business owner agreements.
On April 21, 2016, Tracy Green Landauer will be a featured speaker at a program hosted by Wilmington Trust Company. Tracy will be discussing best fiduciary practices and requirements for non-profits maintaining pension and retirement plans.
