Arleen Delaney is an Associate in the Firm’s Securities Litigation, Arbitration, Regulation and Investigations Group, where she focuses on disputes that arise out of the financial services industry. She assists in all phases of securities arbitration and litigation on behalf of broker-dealers, investment advisors, and registered representatives. She also handles a docket of early dispute resolution matters, from case investigation, analysis and resolution.
Arleen earned her J.D. at New York Law School in 2021, where she received a certificate in Criminal Litigation Advocacy and was a member of the Italian Law Students Association. She earned her B.S. in Elementary Education from Florida Southern College in 2017.
Before entering the practice of law, Arleen was a ninth grade teacher for Newark Public Schools working with students with emotional and behavioral disorders at Barringer High School.
