Ashley N. Heffernan is an associate in Riker Danzig’s Insurance and Reinsurance Group, with considerable litigation and mediation experience. Ashley advises clients on liability and contractual duties, and regularly participates in settlement negotiations and mediations. She received her J.D. from the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law in 2020. While there, Ashley was the Managing Editor of Research and Writing for the Moorad Sports Law Journal. She also served as Vice President of the Asian-Pacific American Law Students Association. Ashley received her B.A. in English Literature in 2014 from St. Joseph’s College. Prior to joining the Firm, Ashley was an associate at a New York City firm where she handled a wide range of matters including construction litigation, general liability, commercial litigation, labor law, and premises liability. |
