Bryan P. O’Keefe is an Associate in the Firm’s Insurance and Reinsurance Group.
Bryan received his J.D., cum laude, from the Albany Law School of Union University in 2021, where he was an Executive Editor for State Constitutional Commentary for the Albany Law Review. While in law school, Bryan served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Lawrence E. Kahn in the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York. In addition, he interned in the Organized Crime Task Force for the Office of the New York State Attorney General’s Office. Bryan also served as a teaching assistant for Legal Research and Writing and Constitutional Law and received Albany Law School’s Outstanding Teaching Assistant graduation award. Bryan received his B.A. in Political Science and History from the University of Vermont in 2017, where he served as the Managing Editor for UVM’s student newspaper, The Vermont Cynic.
Prior to joining the Firm, Bryan was an associate at a New York firm where he represented businesses, municipalities, construction managers and owners in all aspects of civil litigation with a focus on general liability, labor law and construction matters. He previously served as a judicial law clerk for the judges of the Connecticut Superior Court. Bryan is a current member of the New York City Bar Association Communications & Media Law Committee, as well as the National LGBTQ+ Bar Association.
