Cindy M. Belvisi is an Associate in the Firm’s Corporate and Labor & Employment Groups.

Cindy is experienced in mergers and acquisitions, transactional matters, and providing strategic guidance to clients regarding employment law and associated compliance issues.  Before joining Riker Danzig, Cindy served as in-house counsel to multiple businesses, providing counsel on corporate transactions, including the sale of businesses to private equity groups.  She advised on the full gamut of employment concerns, guiding leadership on risk management, training programs, hiring practices, and the creation of Human Resources policies and procedures.

Cindy received her Graduate Master of Laws in French Business Law and Anglo-American Legal Studies at the University of Paris X in 2005. She attained her LL.M. at Louisiana State University, Paul Herbert Law Center in 2005.

Cindy is admitted to the New York State Bar and practices out of the Firm’s New York office.
