Corey L. LaBrutto is Counsel in the Firm’s Commercial Litigation and Intellectual Property Groups. Corey has experience handling a variety of litigation matters, with a focus in commercial and intellectual property matters, including breaches of contract, tort claims, shareholder disputes, licensing issues, copyright infringement, and trademark infringement. Corey’s practice includes federal and State litigation, arbitration, and mediation. Additionally, she has experience handling Opposition and Cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
She received her J.D., cum laude, from Rutgers Law School – Camden in 2017. While there, Corey was the Managing Editor of the Rutgers University Law Review. She received her bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey in 2014. Following law school, Corey was a Law Clerk for the Honorable Clarkson Fisher Jr., P.J.A.D., in the Appellate Division of the New Jersey Superior Court.
