Daniel A. Bloom is an Associate in the Firm’s Bankruptcy & Corporate Restructuring Group.
He focuses his practice on the representation of debtors and creditors in restructurings and bankruptcies. He has extensive experience in the representation of debtors and secured creditors, as well as in the negotiation and review of commercial contracts and bankruptcy documents.
Daniel received his J.D., cum laude, from Fordham University School of Law in 2008. He graduated cum laude from Yeshiva University in 2003 with his B.A. in Economics. While in law school, Daniel was a summer law clerk for the Honorable Allan L. Gropper, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, S.D.N.Y.
Daniel was previously an Associate with Kaye Scholer, LLP, and Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle, LLP, in New York. He was also Staff Counsel for UJA-Federation of New York.
