John J. Harmon is Counsel in the Firm’s Bankruptcy & Corporate Restructuring Group, focusing his practice on bankruptcy and commercial litigation. John has experience representing debtors and creditors in Chapter 11 cases, as well as representing Chapter 7 Trustees. John earned his J.D., cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2008, where he was an Associate Editor of the Seton Hall Circuit Review and was recognized as Best Oral Advocate in the Appellate Advocacy program. He received his B.A., summa cum laude, from Seton Hall University in 2005. Following law school, John served as a Law Clerk for the Hon. Jose L. Fuentes in the Appellate Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey. |
