Katherine Beecher-Carlburg is an Associate in the Firm’s Commercial Litigation Group.

She practices primarily in securities arbitration and litigation representing broker-dealers and registered representatives.

Katherine received her J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law in 1998. She graduated in 1995 from Wesleyan University, with a B.A. in Imperialism and the Third World.

Prior to joining Riker Danzig, Katherine served as in-house counsel with UBS Financial Services, Inc.
