Nicholas Racioppi, Jr., a member of the Firm’s Executive Committee, is Chair of the Real Estate Group. He has considerable commercial real estate experience, particularly in the acquisition, leasing, zoning and planning, and development and sale of commercial and industrial properties.

Nick also represents lenders in all types of real estate financings and has experience in the formation and structuring of real estate partnerships and joint ventures.

In 2019, Nick was named a Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL). ACREL’s distinguished lawyers are elected to fellowships based on their outstanding legal ability, experience, and high standards of professional and ethical conduct in the practice of real estate law. He is a frequent speaker and author on commercial real estate topics.

Nick is a member of Pillar Care Continuum’s Board of Trustees, and serves on Pillar’s Steps to Independence Celebration Committee and its Real Estate Committee.  He was also involved with the Gala Committee of Daytop of New Jersey, a substance abuse treatment program, for 10 ten years.

He serves as pro-bono counsel to the Housing Partnership, which provides resources to prospective homebuyers. He advises the organization on corporate governance, guiding them as to their role in administering certain affordable housing programs, and serves as their counsel in connection with no-interest loans they provide to certain clients.

Nick is a member of the Legal Action Committee of NAIOP (the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks), the New Jersey State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
