Pamela A. Fleming is an Associate in the Firm’s Commercial Litigation and Securities Litigation, Arbitration, Regulation, and Investigations Groups.
Pamela is experienced in a broad range of litigation and regulatory matters. Her practice focuses on commercial litigation, derivative matters, class action litigation, property matters, and regulatory inquiries.
Pamela has coordinated with clients on strategy for resolving complaints, taking a big picture approach that considers the potential impact on future cases and regulatory review. Pamela has also researched the feasibility of plaintiff’s claims, drafted summaries of factual findings following investigations, provided thorough legal analysis, and proposed recommendations for resolution of complaints. Additionally, Pamela has advised her clients on resolution procedures, with strategic yet realistic advice for navigating processes.
Prior to joining Riker Danzig, Pamela provided support during mediation and arbitration negotiations, and coordinated with witnesses and personnel at JAMS, AAA, and FINRA during mediations and arbitrations. Pamela also drafted mediation and arbitration filings, settlement agreements, confidentiality stipulations, demand letters, and responses and objections. Pamela has prepared her client for deposition, represented her client at depositions, and negotiated third-party subpoenas with issuing counsel.
Pamela received her J.D. in 2020 from Seton Hall University School of Law, graduated with an A.S. in Paralegal Studies from Rowan College at Burlington County in 2006, and graduated with a B.S. in Marketing in 1992 from Rutgers School of Business.
