Robert C. Daleo is a Partner who heads the Firm’s Tax Controversy and State Tax Practice. Bob has a diverse federal, state, and local tax practice. He has substantial experience representing parties in audits, appeals, and litigation with various taxing authorities. Bob has extensive New Jersey tax expertise and has counseled clients in connection with a wide variety of state and local tax issues. His practice includes partnership tax, corporate tax and representing tax-exempt organizations. Bob also handles a wide variety of corporate transactions, including purchases and sales of businesses.
