Samantha Fitzgerald is an associate in the Firm’s Insurance and Reinsurance Group.
Samantha received her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law in 2024, where she served as Co-President of the Women’s Bar Association, a Competitor for the Alternate Dispute Resolution Team, and was a Notes and Comments Editor of the Maryland Law Review. Samantha’s comment, Considering Vulnerability of Abuse as a Facet of Identity: A Call for Reform in Child Custody Proceedings, was published in Volume 82 Issue 4 the of Maryland Law Review. While in law school, she served as a judicial intern for the Hon. Robert J. Thompson in Maryland’s 5th Judicial Circuit Court, and served as a student attorney for the Gender Violence Clinic. She received her B.A., summa cum laude, from Rutgers School of Arts and Sciences in 2021.
Samantha started her career at Riker Danzig as a 2023 Summer Associate.
