Sarah Souaid is an Associate in the Firm’s Family Law Group. She represents clients in a full range of family law matters, including divorce, custody, parenting time, support, and domestic violence, approaching each case with a focus on thoughtful advocacy and practical, results-oriented solutions.
Sarah manages matters from initial intake through resolution, advising clients on case strategy and maintaining consistent communication to ensure they are informed at every stage of the process. She regularly drafts, files, and argues motions; prepares and defends clients in hearings and oral arguments; and negotiates settlements with opposing counsel.
Sarah earned her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and her B.S., summa cum laude, from Rutgers University.
During law school, Sarah interned for the Office of the Public Defender, Office of Parental Representation (OPR) in Jersey City, NJ. She also served as a law clerk at the Middlesex County Courthouse.
