Stephanie R. Wolfe

Stephanie R. Wolfe is Counsel in the Firm’s Litigation, Labor & Employment, and White Collar Criminal Defense and Investigations Groups.

Her experience includes representing clients at all stages of a lawsuit and in connection with a wide range of high-profile, time-sensitive, and complex matters, including business, First Amendment, intellectual property, employment, and appellate litigation.

In addition to her litigation experience, she also has substantial experience representing clients in responding to government investigations and subpoenas.

Stephanie counsels clients regarding anti-discrimination and harassment law and is experienced in training businesses and their employees on best practices.

Prior to joining Riker Danzig in 2008, Stephanie worked as a litigation associate in the New York office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, LLP, and as a summer intern for the Honorable Robert D. Sack of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.

She earned her law degree in 2003 from Vanderbilt University Law School, where she served as a managing editor on the Vanderbilt Law Review’s editorial board, a teaching assistant for the legal writing program, an intern at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Tennessee, and a research assistant for a leading scholar in mass torts and complex litigation. She was selected as Vanderbilt’s first recipient of the National Association of Women Lawyers’ Outstanding Law Student Award in recognition of her contributions to the advancement of women in society and promotion of women’s issues in the legal profession.

In addition to her legal work, she is actively involved in the Washington and Lee University Alumni Association. She is currently serving as President of the Alumni Association. She previously served as President of its Northern New Jersey Chapter from 2011 to 2013.
