Theodore A. Mottola

Theodore A. Mottola is an Associate in the Firm’s Insurance and Reinsurance Group, with experience in insurance coverage litigation, including property claims and disputes, as well as bad-faith claims.

Theodore received his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2010. He earned his B.S. in Public Relations and Marketing Management from Syracuse University in 2007, where he was a Chancellor’s Scholar and a winner of the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs Scholarship Competition.

Prior to joining Riker Danzig, Theodore was an Associate at Clausen Miller, P.C., in New York. He is admitted in both New Jersey and New York.
