Veronica Bochenek is an associate in the Firm’s Real Estate Group. Her practice focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including sales, acquisitions, and leasing. She has considerable experience working on commercial leases in a variety of contexts, including retail shopping centers, mixed-use properties, and office buildings. Her clients have included national landlords, large local landlords and tenants in retail and office leasing transactions. Veronica has also represented both sellers and purchasers in a variety of purchase and sale transactions nationwide. Veronica received her J.D. from New York Law School in 2018. She received her B.A.S. from Rutgers University in 2015. Prior to joining the Firm, Veronica was an associate at a New York City law firm. |
