Tara J. Schellhorn, partner in the Firm’s Bankruptcy and Corporate Restructuring Group, will be speaking at the American Bankruptcy Institute's 2022 Winter Leadership Conference on December 9, 2022 in La Quinta, CA. Tara will be a panelist on the "Turning Lemons into Lemonade: The § 1111(b) Election" presentation, which will cover the § 1111(b) election in modern times. See ABI WLC for more information.
In addition, Tara served as a member of the ABI’s 40 Under 40 Award steering committee for 2022. The 2022 ABI 40 Under 40 Awards will be presented during the Conference. Tara was a recipient of the ABI 40 Under 40 Award in 2019.
