Riker Danzig Cybersecurity & Data Privacy Partner Robert P. Vacchiano will be a panelist at the Essex County Bar Foundation CLE event, “Technological Challenges and Opportunities: Implementing Attorneys’ Ethical Requirements,” on September 11, 2025 starting at 8:30 AM. Rob and the other panelists will speak about the key Rules of Professional Conduct that govern attorneys’ responsibilities in the areas of cybersecurity, privacy and data protection.
